Article 1: Scope
These General Terms of Sale (GTS ) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the company TRIGONO SAS ("the Seller") to consumers and non-professional buyers ("the Customers" or "the Customer"), wishing to acquire the products offered for sale by the Seller ("the Products") on the website www.pandaesia.fr. They specify in particular the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery and management of any returns of Products ordered by Customers.
Article 2: Products
The Products offered for sale on the site www.pandaesia.fr are artisanal Greek food products. The main characteristics of the Products, including specifications, illustrations, and indications of dimensions or capacity, are presented on the site. The Customer is required to take note of them before placing an order.
Article 3: Orders
It is the Customer's responsibility to select the Products they wish to order on the site. The validation of the order by the Customer implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of these GTS. The Customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
Article 4: Prices
The Products are supplied at the current prices listed on the site at the time the order is registered by the Seller. Prices are expressed in Euros, including all taxes (TTC). These prices are firm and not subject to revision during their period of validity, but the Seller reserves the right, outside the period of validity, to change the prices at any time. Shipping costs are charged in addition, under the conditions indicated on the site and calculated before the order is placed.
Article 5: Payment Conditions
The price is payable in full on the day the order is placed by the Customer, by secure payment, according to the following methods: by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via the Stripe platform. The Seller will not be obliged to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the latter does not pay the full price under the conditions indicated above.
Article 6: Deliveries
Delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, the ordered Products will be delivered in a single shipment. For more details, please consult our Shipping Policy.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from the receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, for the purpose of exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Article 8: Legal Guarantees
The Products supplied by the Seller benefit by right and without additional payment, independently of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions:
•the legal guarantee of conformity, for Products that are apparently defective, damaged or do not correspond to the order (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code),
•the legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the delivered products and rendering them unfit for use (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
Article 9: Disputes and Mediation
In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to Article L.612.2 of the Consumer Code, has the option of submitting a request for amicable resolution by way of mediation, within a period of less than one year from their written complaint to the professional.
Article 10: Applicable Law
These GTS and the operations arising from them are governed by French law.
