Shipping policy

Thank you for your purchase from PANDAESiA. We are committed to delivering our artisanal Greek products to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Your order's shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
3. International Shipping
We offer shipping to countries within the European Union. Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TRIGONO SAS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pandaesia.fr with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Delivery Delays
In accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, if we do not deliver your goods within 30 days of the contract conclusion, you may instruct us to perform the delivery within a reasonable additional time. If we fail to perform within that period, you have the right to cancel the contract.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pandaesia.fr with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages returned to the sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
