The Legacy of Dimitra & Anna: Craftsmanship at the Heart of Macedonia

It all begins at the foot of Mount Paiko, in northern Greece. This is where Dimitra Dartsi, guided by the secret recipes of her mother and grandmother, decided in 2000 to preserve the forgotten flavors of her homeland.

Now joined by her daughter Anna, this dynamic duo runs a workshop where time seems to have paused in the name of excellence. No industrial machines here: fresh fruit is picked at perfect ripeness and slowly simmered in small copper cauldrons, preserving all the natural colours and aromas of the region.
